Tensions between the U.S. and North Korea have been rising dramatically this week, as the communist nation has threatened to launch a nuclear attack on the U.S. territory of Guam. On Friday, President Donald Trump sent another warning to North Korea, saying American weapons are “locked and loaded.”
“Military solutions are now fully in place, locked and loaded, should North Korea act unwisely. Hopefully Kim Jong Un will find another path!” Trump wrote on Twitter, according to News Trust.

This comes a day after Trump doubled down on his threat that North Korea will be hit with “fire and fury” if it ever attacks the U.S.
Daily Mail reported that Trump slammed critics who said his comments went too far by saying they actually were too soft.
“Maybe it wasn’t tough enough. They’ve been doing this to our country for a long time, for many years, and it’s about time that somebody stuck up for the people of this country and for the people of other countries,” Trump countered. “So if anything, maybe that statement wasn’t tough enough.”
Trump added that Kim Jong Un should be “very, very nervous” about U.S. retaliation. “Because things will happen to them like they never thought possible, OK?”
Trump went on to say that unlike previous American leaders, he is not “weak and ineffective” and will follow through on his threats.
